These returning clients are ready to move on to their next home. We re-finished their basement a couple years ago but they are looking for more room again. It's time to go.
To prepare their current home for the market, they want to update their main bathroom. This will give them a good position in a slower market to make them stand out from the crowd and make their home truly move-in-ready for a new homeowner.

We are replacing the existing acrylic tub surround with a neutral but not basic stone look tile. We will also take this opportunity to replace the plumbing supply lines and mixing valve for a worry free experience for the new home owners.
We are using the Moen Posi-Temp mixing valve because of its adaptability. The new homeowners will be able to swap out the valve trim if they prefer something different.
Their existing vanity faucet is black and showing signs of wear, so we'll replace that with the faucet that matches the tub / shower faucet.
